Warranty:
Healthy Together warrants that its software will conform to published specifications and that its services will be provided in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Any claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service completion, and Healthy Together will resolve the issue, at its discretion, by either re-performing the affected services or refunding the applicable fees.
Return Policy:
Healthy Together does not provide returns on its software or services.

Twenty Labs, LLC dba Healthy Together offers its own SaaS Healthy Together brand for Government Program Management Software Suite solution for but not limited to: WIC, SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, IIS Solution, CLRS Solution, WIC/MIS, etc. In addition, Twenty Labs, LLC dba Healthy Together offers Integration, Implementation, Account Customer Success Management, Business Analysts, Data Analysis, Data Architect, and other related services. Customers can purchase directly through this DIR contract. Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. Resellers are not available for this contract.
